Many of these relationships have developed and endured during difficult economic and expansion / contraction cycles. Clippinger Investment Properties has operated and managed properties in all asset classes from broken condo’s, multifamily, warehouse, mixed-use, office, medical office, student-housing, retail buildings, strip centers and shopping centers, build to suit federal and state lease properties. Clippinger Investment Properties has developed award-winning mixed-use properties as well as office and industrial parks and is actively managing the properties in their portfolio. They have to execute the business plan for each property, so they are not made without regard for probability of success. Clippinger Investment Properties and its principal, Robert (Bob) Clippinger invest alongside their Members / Investors and create a business plan tailored to the objectives of the parties investing. Clippinger Investment Properties is fortunate to work with a large network of “best in class” brokers and service providers in the markets where their investments are held. Many of these relationships span thirty-plus (30+) years. Clippinger Investment Properties has “boots on the ground’ in the markets where their assets are held allowing them to underwrite, investigate and perform due diligence quickly, effortlessly and with purpose. They enjoy a high volume of on and off market deal flow in these markets through a network of brokers and owners with whom they cooperate.
