George Franklin is a Senior Associate at Prospect where he is responsible for originating, executing, and managing investments across a variety of industries. Prior to joining Prospect, George worked at One Equity Partners, a sector agnostic mid-market private equity firm focusing on investments in industrials and tech-enabled services and post-merger integrations. Prior experience includes Iwol Capital, an African focused private equity advisor and investor. George also co-founded Baobab Circle, a digital healthcare company operating in east Africa. He began his career on the commodities desk at BofA Merrill Lynch in NYC.

George received his BS from the University of Edinburgh and his MBA from Columbia Business School.
